Requirements

  • You’re currently an undergraduate or masters student, or have recently graduated, with a keen interest in customer marketing and engagement, a love of problem solving, and a clear communicator – both written and verbal. We don’t mind what field you’ve studied in – as long as you’re looking to get involved and keep an open mind.

Responsibilities

  • We’ve got two opportunities within our Commercial team, responsible for delivering exciting projects alongside getting stuck in to the day-to-day activity.
  • Marketing - Social Media and Content – supporting our own-branded and partner marketing teams to develop our strategy across key channels, dreaming up and producing new content for both customers and new applicants alike!
  • Core objectives of the Marketing programme
  • You’ll deliver a brand new social media strategy, refreshed content plan and clear guidance on content creation by the end of your time with us, having already put it into action!
  • Customer Engagement – our existing customer management team are always striving to create the best lifecycle strategies for customers across all our different credit card portfolios.
  • Core objectives of the Customer Engagement programme
  • We’ll need you to get under the skin of how customers are using their credit card. You’ll need to assess our performance data to identify any customer trends or behaviours
  • You’ll be responsible for creating a campaign proposal to encourage a particular customer behaviour; this could be getting customers to spend on our credit card or encouraging them to set up a Direct Debit to pay their bill
  • It won’t end there; once you’ve got your proposal, you’ll then need to turn it into reality by successfully creating and building your very own communications within Taxi, our email design system
  • You’ll learn how to use our Customer Relationship Management tool Braze, to select who you want to contact and send your campaign direct to our customer base!
