  • Knowledge and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Proficient with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and social media management tools a plus
  • Prior industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Meeting Calendars for Global PMO Senior Director and Global Account Executive
  • Develops and maintains various email distribution lists for the PMO (Program Management Office)
  • Ensures that communication and standard templates are stored, displayed, and updated per requirements.
  • Assists in creating, consolidating Executive reports, PowerPoint decks, maintaining Org Charts and periodic playbook updates, etc.
  • Develops and consolidates materials for Program Management Office (PMO) newsletter.
  • Draft communications to support small PMO (Program Management Office) initiatives.
  • Support marketing campaign planning and execution as directed by the Senior Communications Manager. Ensure real estate insights, trends, thought leadership, and market research are delivered regularly to the account team and client stakeholders. Package and optimize presentations and assets for distribution to clients.
  • Provide creative support and communications guidance for other critical projects and deliverables. Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure that all communications align with business objectives and promote the JLL brand through consistent key themes and messages with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint master slide usage. Drive efficiencies and improve communication processes. Review existing processes and procedures on a regular basis to determine if enhancements are possible.
  • Ensure accuracy via proofreading and editing documents for self and supported team members.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to analyze data to create charts and graphs for use in reports
  • Manages small Program Management Office (PMO) initiatives with oversight/guidance from Senior Communications Manager or Senior Director
