Responsibilities

  • The Communications Writer & Social Media Intern will gain experience in internal and external communications and social media. The ideal candidate will be talented and driven, playing a vital role in creating engaging content for various audiences. This position requires a combination of excellent communication and writing skills, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Develop and create compelling content for internal and external audiences, across multiple platforms.
  • Use your writing skills to showcase employee success stories and promote the Kimley-Horn culture through captivating storytelling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to gather information and ensure accuracy and consistency in the content produced.
  • Edit and proofread materials to maintain high standards of grammar, format, style, and accuracy.
  • Support other activities within the communications department as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various projects.
