Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working towards B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university required
  • English, Journalism or equivalent major required
  • MUST be entering into Senior year at a 4 year University
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with proofreading and content reviews
  • Transferring revisions from Word or other source files to other software
  • Formatting and branding Word and Excel documents
  • Assisting with updates to project documentation and style guides
  • Other projects as needed
  • The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to change. This individual should demonstrate the initiative to understand current processes and be curious in seeking possible improvements. The candidate should possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrate an ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines. This individual should have a proven attention to detail.
