Responsibilities

  • A través de nuestro programa de 6 meses, irás rotando por diferentes equipos dentro del centro logístico junto con un itinerario formativo en transporte, logística, liderazgo y otras habilidades; con el objetivo de conseguir una visión global en las diferentes áreas que integran una compañía Supply Chain.
  • Irás profundizando en nuestro sector a la vez que te preparas para futuras posiciones de liderazgo.
  • Durante el programa conocerás varías operativas que te ayudarán a tener una visión más amplia del Supply Chain.
  • Aprendizaje en el puesto de trabajo y a través de la participación en distintos proyectos y actividades para optimizar procesos y la organización.
  • Ayudaremos a potenciar y desarrollar tus habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación, gestionando equipos y dirigiendo la actividad diaria.
  • Descubrir desde la base cómo es trabajar con nosotros dentro de un ambiente dinámico.
  • Contarás con un tutor durante todo el programa que te ayudará a sacar el máximo partido a tu experiencia.
