Requirements

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request accommodation due to a disability.
Basic knowledge of “how the kids communicate on the web and social these days.”
Provide a portfolio of work.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Work closely with partners and broader teams to effectively translate client objectives into creative vision.

Flexible and versatile writing style and voice.
Perseverance – Sometimes ideas won’t work. Or sometimes clients won’t like them. We’re looking for someone who can shrug off the NO and keep pushing.
Open minded – we want you to bring all your knowledge to the table AND be open to learning new ways of thinking.
Think strategically and creatively.
Work closely with account team members to develop and deliver key client deliverables, learning the basics of the clients’ business.
