  • Spread and analyze financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly monitoring memos, including financial statement summaries, cash flow templates, and spreads, under the guidance of Portfolio Managers.
  • Learn and understand Associated Bank’s lending cycle and wide range of banking products.
  • Expand knowledge and expertise through ongoing specialized training. Support the successful execution of assigned initiatives through project planning, partnership coordination, project management, and communication with stakeholders, under supervision.
  • Complete required program training and assignments, within prescribed timeframes, mastering assessments, and meeting minimum performance and production standards.
