The HR Risk Manager Principal is responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating risks associated with HR practices, policies, and programs, including incentive compensation. This role ensures HR Talent Management programs comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements while managing and reducing exposure to potential liabilities. The HR Risk Manager collaborates with various stakeholders to develop risk management strategies and promotes a culture of accountability and compliance within the HR organization.
Responsible for developing and executing risk programs to identify, measure, monitor, manage and report key operational, compliance and other risk types within Human Resources
Ensure HR Talent Management programs, policies and processes meet the first line of defense expectations of the OCC’s Heightened Standards for large financial institutions
