Responsibilities

  • Work with the labels to strategise, build and manage labels’ and artists’ owned audiences
  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink and other licensed CRM tools to create and continuously enrich a 360° view of the fan through demographic, behavioural and transactional data.
  • Create digital mechanics (such as competitions, sign up forms and pre-saves) and set up associated marketing automation workflows to create cross marketing opportunities and regular plays via streaming partners, all in accordance with GDPR and UK Data Protection legislation.
  • Closely collaborate with in-house e-commerce team ‘Ceremony of Roses’ to drive music and merchandise sales.
  • Collaborate with in-house Digital Media team on the creation of target audiences for digital advertising using zero- and first-party data.
  • Represent CRM at artist planning and label meetings. Offer sound CRM strategy to ensure CRM is a core strategic component in all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide admin support for SVP, Digital & Audience Development when PA or Operations Manager is on holiday i.e. diary management, meeting preparation, printing documents, greeting visitors (in-office as required)
