The candidate must be enrolled in an advanced degree program, have a good academic standing, and preferably be studying materials science, chemistry, physics, or engineering. They should also possess knowledge and interest in engineering for Generative AI tools.

The CTO AI Research Intern - Advanced Degree at Applied Materials will be responsible for testing and providing feedback on a Generative AI research tool, engineering prompts, improving the tool for internal engineers, establishing evaluation processes, and creating engagement plans for broader adoption.
