Responsibilities

  • Weekly update of P&L (Profit & Loss) statement.
  • Monthly update of NVOs (Non Variable Overhead) report and Ecommerce P&L.
  • Biweekly reminder to the team of promotional events status.
  • Support Gross to Net reconciliation process on spending (Rebates / Deductions).
  • Calculate the return on investment of promotional items that sell in our customer’s stores.
  • Maintain customized files used for tracking sales vs quota and plans.
  • Participate in key business meetings.
  • Support understanding analytics on market Profit & Loss and other strategic initiatives.
  • Support month end closing activities by researching specific issues related to trade spending in order to complete closing explanations.
  • Work on special projects as needed.
