Responsibilities

  • Review and segmentation of data from systems like SAP, Salesforce etc., supporting development of new customer experience metrics.
  • Calculation of previously established metrics measuring impact of customer experience projects.
  • Coordination and tracking of internal communications, execution of regular content digest newsletters and publishing customer quotes in the intranet.
  • Collation of qualitative and quantitative data (surveys, debriefs, interview text, audio)
  • Classification of qualitative data (text and audio)
  • Review and classification of information from the Closed Loop process with customers.
  • Basic video editing (to be learnt on the job)
  • Automated video transcript editing.
  • Identification of content that is relevant to different customer journey touchpoints (such as ordering, receiving, paying), pulling out any differences by location, customer type, industry etc.
  • Development of templates to capture insight for each stage of customer journey.
  • Participation in research to discover customer expectations and CHEP performance against these.
  • Collation of the information and sharing of content around each stage in an easily digestible format, with customer comments and video snips included, with thought given to how this can potentially be shared widely across the business and, when relevant, with external agencies
  • Seeking input from Global and Regional teams (eg Customer Service, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain etc)
  • Collation of data from markets to better segment the insight: commercial landscape by market (revenue, maturity, market share, competitors, customers, loyalty and churn levels, market trends)
