Responsibilities

  • Support in the planning, implementation and evaluation of customer satisfaction surveys (Net Promoter Score, working with Salesforce.com)
  • Play an active part in process development Integrated management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
  • Assist with the creation and revision of documents and instructions
  • Support in the follow-up of measures from Customer Satisfaction Surveys as well as in the creation of management presentations
  • Analyse customer data to generate evaluations that help the business improve.
