  • Ability to analyse large data sets and distill insights.

Responsibilities

  • Work to ensure product launch and promotional campaign timings are met in-line with the LEGO Group internal processes.
  • Provide a key point of internal/external contact for all matters relating to short-term flow of goods and order management for specific customers.
  • Process and resolve customer claims and ensure available credit is sufficient for orders.
  • Embrace continuous improvement mindset and work to improve functional day to day processes for the team.
  • Actively review customers weekly orders vs stock and sales data. Supporting the Customers and the Business Unit’s inventory management agenda.
