Requirements

  • - Bachelor student currently pursuing a degree.
  • - Two years of related customer experience preferred, but not essential.
  • - Experience using computer applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • - Native (or proficient) in English.
  • - Internship will fulfill a 12-month University placement within curriculum.
  • - Ability to be onsite – this is not a remote opportunity.
  • - Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional presence.
  • - To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional communication via phone and email to our customers and internal support teams.
  • Use our sales order entry system, website, and knowledge base resources to provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements and status inquiries (pricing, availability, order status, shipping details, etc.).
  • Manage and influence customer satisfaction by demonstrating tact, sensitivity, and integrity.
  • Follow established service quality standards and meet order / inquiry processing time standards (talk time, order accuracy etc.).
