Sales & Business Development•Austin


  • We are seeking dynamic and motivated early-career individuals to join our 12-week summer internship program based in Austin, TX with our Customer Success team. In this program, you will work closely with our Sales & Sales Engineering and other Go-to-Market teams to learn and develop the skills required to empower businesses with innovative solutions through UiPath’s Automation Program. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of technology AND sales.


  • Current student, pursuing degree in Communications, Analytics or similar fields
  • Excellent communication skills - written / verbal / presentation
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage projects and programs across teams.
  • Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Clari, Tableau, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Highspot preferred but not required.
  • Solution-oriented approach and proven track record of driving sales operational excellence and process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure the team delivers quality results within the given time frame.
  • Dynamic, high energy, and growth mindset.

Sales & Business Development


  • Work alongside our Customer Success Scales team to:
  • Onboard new customers and maintain a cadence of regular customer engagement, sharing relevant content to ensure successful adoption and prevent churn risk
  • Host webinars and ‘customer connect’ events
  • Support our broader Customer Success team with:
  • Helping drive Help drive customer references and case studies
  • Coordinate customer feedback to help identify and develop new opportunities for UiPath to drive adoption and align to customers’ business needs and strategic goals
  • Curate content and collateral that addresses solutions to common customer challenges
  • Coach customers on UiPath best practices so they become increasingly self sufficient
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Sales Engineering to scale and grow assigned customers, ensuring they realize value from UiPath business automation platform
