Requirements

Experience working in data analysis, modeling, verification and development
Power BI / DAX
SQL Experience
Excel skills
Experience with Data Mapping
Experience with Data Modeling
Familiarity with sourcing data from Data Warehouse and data mining
Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language
Data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent PC skills and technical fluency
Familiarity with software and database development and network architecture
Exemplary attention to detail
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
Must have junior or senior status in a degree program at a 4-year accredited college/university
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, or related field of study at an accredited college/university
Must have a minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA

Responsibilities

Collaborates with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
Participates in interviews and data analysis to document requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirement specifications
Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis in order to define impact, outcome criteria, and measure-taking actions
Collects, interprets, and performs analysis across large data sets and relational databases
Translates conceptual user requirements into data transformation or reporting requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
Provides quality assurance of imported data, working with developers and DBA's as needed
Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis in order to define impact, outcome criteria, and measure-taking actions
Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
Supports the creation of process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
