Responsibilities

  • The Analyst is a role focused on providing actionable insights and key-metric reporting for Sensormatic Global Operations Leadership team.
  • This role is part of a group supporting our larger Sensormatic family to provide reporting on operational metrics.
  • In addition to simply running existing metrics, this individual will be responsible for transforming the current list of KPIs to a higher standard and to ensure accuracy.
  • The role will also be involved with integrating the current metrics into the PowerBI, Excel or other business intelligence tools.
  • As the organization utilizes the ServiceMax CRM tool, this individual will be responsible for ensuring all required Ops metrics are available either within the system itself or integrated with PowerBI, or other BI tools inside and outside the cloud data environment.
  • Success in this role will be judged on timeliness and accuracy of reporting, proficiency with business intelligence tools, and feedback from related teams.
