Responsibilities

  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes within the Data, Analytics, and Reporting Delivery space. Create and automate key volume reports to provide accurate and timely insights to stakeholders. Redefine and streamline the delivery framework to ensure efficient and effective data and analytics reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on data reporting standards. Utilize data analytics tools and software to analyze data sets and generate meaningful reports. Assist in maintaining data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data management. Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to data reporting and analytics. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
