  • Prepare regular reports, including turnover metrics for nursing students and other key performance indicators.
  • Support the tracking and reporting requirements for the Federal Department of Labor Grant (5 year grant) including quarterly submission of participant database, narrative overview, and financial metrics.
  • Work with C-level executives on pipeline management and workforce planning for future health care and nursing talent.
  • Assist with database management, ensuring accurate data input and reporting integration into clinical operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
