What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must be currently pursuing a master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Informatics, or a related quantitative discipline.
What technical skills are necessary for this internship?
Strong working skills in R, R Shiny, package development, and basic SQL database skills are required, along with a strong knowledge of statistical modeling, longitudinal analysis, and machine learning.
Is prior experience in proteomics important for this role?
Experience in proteomics or general -omics data analysis is preferred but not mandatory.

Yes, good communication skills are required.
What is the anticipated pay rate for this internship?
The anticipated base pay for this position varies by education level: $38.00/hour for master's students and $59.00/hour for PhD/MD students.
