Responsibilities

  • Use data science and statistical techniques to identify data of interest, extract structured data from unstructured sources, and apply other data wrangling patterns to make our corpus of data more useful
  • Apply techniques from natural language processing (NLP) to understand textual data, including named entity recognition, topic modeling, and sentiment analysis
  • Use neural networks and other machine learning (ML) techniques to find patterns in data and to predict likely outcomes using a variety of input data types and sources
