The candidate for the Data Science Intern position at Ameritas must be actively enrolled in a relevant degree program, possess proficiency in Python and related tools, have the ability to analyze and interpret data, understand statistical modeling and machine learning concepts, effectively communicate insights, follow industry best practices, work with both business and IT partners, have a desire to learn new technologies, and demonstrate the ability to use data to influence strategic decision making.

The Data Science Intern at Ameritas will be responsible for assembling data sets, developing predictive models, generating visualizations, finding patterns in unstructured data, and implementing new methodologies to solve business problems.
