What is the application deadline for the DEI Workforce & Strategy Intern position?

What qualifications are required for applicants?
Applicants must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program, be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older), and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above. Experience with HR or Learning and Development, as well as proficiency in Canva and MS Office, is also required.
What are the program date options for this internship?
There are two program date options: Option 1: June 2nd – August 15th, and Option 2: June 9th – August 22nd.
How many hours per week are interns expected to work?
Interns are expected to work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.
Is the internship paid?
Yes, the internship is a paid opportunity with a competitive hourly wage of $19 per hour for undergraduate interns.
Will relocation assistance be provided for this internship?
No, relocation assistance is not provided for this internship.
What kind of tasks will the intern be responsible for?
The intern will assist in developing and organizing communications for programs, participate in ideation for events and workshops, handle administrative tasks, and create content using tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
Are there any specific skills or experiences preferred for applicants?
A passion for DEI, strong communication skills, attention to detail, experience working in HR or Learning and Development, and familiarity with Canva and MS Office are preferred skills and experiences.
