Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Architecture program
Excellent communication, time management, graphic, and organizational skills
Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Technical skills should include proficiency with Revit and 3D modeling and rendering programs (such as Rhino, VRay, Sketchup, Enscape, and/or Lumion) and Adobe Creative Suite
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference given to regional candidates
Currently enrolled in a graduate Architecture program with a 3.0+ GPA
Previous internship experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Offer real-world experience on exciting projects
Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs
Perform assignments under the direct supervision of an Architect, Project Manager, or other professionals
Participate in the architectural design process, and develop alternative solutions and presentation graphics used to communicate concepts to client or for agency approval
Follow through on design development drawings and models, and collaborate with production staff for technical details and completion of construction drawings
Perform other duties as needed
