Responsibilities

  • A hands-on role on our team working in all aspects of production
  • Maintain trackers, assist in scripting, input production calendars into project management systems such as Asana, and organize/track video assets and corresponding deliverables as they are submitted for review and final delivery
  • Participate in meeting kick-offs, brainstorms, pre-pros etc. and is responsible for all minutes/notes, creating a feedback loop with your Producers and Ad Sales Marketing team
  • Actively participate in all meetings and pitch ideas as they have them
  • Immerse yourself in the data around the videos you and others - both on the team and at other publishers - are making, and use that as a guide to smart decision-making for future videos
  • Keep track of trends in digital marketing and integrated video and suggest ways we can implement them in our own campaigns
