Requirements

  • - Prior professional experience in digital content creation, and/or video production. Prior experience in marketing and communications is a plus
  • - Proven track record of working creatively with various types of cameras
  • - Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Audition is a plus
  • - Dedicated attention to detail when crafting photo, video, and graphic design content
  • - Proven track record of capturing and editing video and photos in a professional setting
  • - Proven self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks
  • - Ability to take direction on certain tasks while working with minimal instruction on others
  • - Professionalism when working with many different types of partners
  • - Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities
  • - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • - Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • - Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship

  • - Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
  • - Possess unrestricted work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Capturing photo and video content to use in short- and long-form videos that align with the Disney PhotoPass social media and marketing strategy and goals
  • Developing social media videos from concept to completion including: creative briefs, story-boards, filming, post-production editing, and final product delivery
  • Facilitating photo and video shoots to capture engaging social media content based on the latest trends
  • Collaborating with various partners to acquire approvals and ensure the final product meets all of the brand guidelines
  • Presenting content to leadership and applying feedback in a timely manor
  • Contributing to weekly creative brainstorming sessions
  • Conceptualize, research, and design graphics for social media, marketing, and communications
  • Contributing to marketing and communications projects as assigned
