Responsibilities

  • This position reports to the Digital Merchandising Manager as part of the E-commerce team of Hermès GB based at Head Office. The main objective of the Digital Merchandising team is to animate the online offer and optimise the customer journey on H.com UK, in line with the global strategy: by developing the digital merchandising plan and localising key activities (content management, visual merchandising & performance marketing).
  • Support the general day-to-day running of the website and conduct daily site-checks on the website.
  • Report and follow up daily on bugs/correction requests (product content, navigation).
  • Align and ensure animation planning calendar is tied to key product pushes and launches.
  • Support managing content updates and preparing of emailing campaigns.
  • Support CRC and coordinate with Retail Merchandising (RM) for any product enquiries.
  • Optimise e-VM based on performance analysis: coordinate with Retail Merchandising (RM) for specific product activations & push, keeping the right balance between local best sellers and global e-VM guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels of the bestsellers and coordinate with Retail Planning team for optimisation.
  • Support on the implementation of omnichannel services in collaboration with Retail/E-Ops and RM teams.
  • Support preparation of PowerPoint presentations when required.
