  • Pursuing a degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Communication, Sociology - Culture and Communication, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business, Organizational Psychology

Responsibilities

  • Goals of Internship:
  • Conduct user research to better understand user sentiment related to DT services
  • Locate and organize artifacts in support of the DT Service Management project
  • Assist in the documentation of service blueprints
  • Provide additional support to the team as needed
  • Working Conditions:
  • 80% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 20% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.
