  • This internship position will help the digital technology team to interview users, develop research presentations, and update service blueprints in support of our Digital Technology Service Management project. The intern will grow as a professional as well as an individual by learning from business partners, their direct supervisor, mentor, team members and the entire digital technology department. The successful candidate will be an autonomous quick-learner with an adaptive mindset, not afraid to take initiative and learn from their colleagues.

  • Goals of Internship:
  • Conduct user research to better understand user sentiment related to DT services
  • Locate and organize artifacts in support of the DT Service Management project
  • Assist in the documentation of service blueprints
  • Provide additional support to the team as needed
  • Working Conditions:
  • 80% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 20% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.
