The programme is open to students in Year 13/S6 (Scotland) and all undergraduate university years.
How long does the programme last?
The programme lasts for two days.
When is the programme taking place?
The programme is scheduled for Wednesday 9 April 2025 – Thursday 10 April 2025.
What activities will participants engage in during the programme?
Participants will develop professional skills, explore interests, network with peers, learn from leaders, gain insights into specific business areas, and hear from the EY Black Community.
What business areas can participants explore during the programme?
Participants can explore Audit, Tax, Strategy and Transactions, and Technology.
Where will the in-person event take place?
The in-person event will take place in one of EY's offices in Birmingham, Edinburgh, London, or Manchester.
Are travel costs covered for the in-person event?
Yes, EY will cover reasonable travel costs for participants to get to the office for the in-person event.
Can participants be fast-tracked to further opportunities?
Yes, students in school could be fast-tracked to a Business Apprenticeship, while university students could be fast-tracked to a Summer Internship, Industrial Placement, or Graduate programme.
Is there a salary associated with this programme?
Yes, the programme offers a competitive salary.
