What is the duration of the Discover EY – Women in Leadership programme?
The programme lasts for two days, from Wednesday 9 April 2025 to Thursday 10 April 2025.
Who is eligible to apply for this programme?
The programme is designed for students in Year 13/S6 (Scotland) and all university undergraduate years.
What activities will participants engage in during the programme?
Participants will develop professional skills, explore interests, network with senior female leaders, learn from inspirational women, and gain insights into various business areas.
Where will the in-person event take place?
The in-person event will take place in one of EY's offices located in Birmingham, Edinburgh, London, or Manchester.
Will EY cover travel costs for the in-person event?
Yes, EY will cover reasonable travel costs for participants to get to the office for the in-person event.
Is there an option for fast tracking into apprenticeship or internship programs?
Yes, school students may be fast-tracked onto a Business Apprenticeship, while university students could be fast-tracked onto a Summer Internship, Industrial Placement, or Graduate programme.
What is the nature of the programme?
The programme is a hybrid format, with one day being virtual and the second day being in-person at one of EY's office locations.
Is there an opportunity to learn about specific business areas during the programme?
Yes, participants can gain insights into various business areas including Audit, Tax, Strategy and Transactions, and Technology.
