Responsibilities

  • Own the submissions tracking log by logging and updating with content submissions and materials.
  • Review potential acquisitions, screen materials, read scripts for coverage, and attend pitch meetings.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas and build monthly meeting presentations on PowerPoint.
  • Maintain various internal Box folders and systems.
  • Assist in organizing all aspects of the global team’s attendance at industry events and markets (like MIPJunior and MIPCOM in October) and coordinate the sharing/filing/tracking of follow-up materials.
