Responsibilities

  • Manage the sample process, organize incoming samples, oversee room set-ups for product showcases, and ensure timely review and feedback are acquired
  • Provide support for key achievement meetings through the development of presentation decks, briefs, and recaps
  • Perform the daily implementation of the product strategy, including, but not limited to, marketing activations, event launches, review of sales performance, and ensuring timelines are met
  • Maintain accurate data integrity with key systems while leading the creation of the item setup process
  • Attend cross-functional team meetings to assist with the input/output of communication and coordination of other merchandising team projects as needed
  • Assist with developing the vision, business strategy, and seasonal product lines while constantly balancing the art and science of merchandising to find opportunities, elevate the brand, and delight our consumer
  • Assess benchmark competitors, analyze consumer insights, prepare & maintain pitch decks & POVs on the target guest
