Responsibilities

  • Create cross-category product strategies supporting seasonal portfolios and park-specific activations
  • Analyze financial and consumer trends to develop quarterly landscapes for Walt Disney World and Disneyland-specific programs
  • Build long-term strategies across holistic park experiences (Avengers Campus, Cars Land, etc.) to drive financial goals, relevancy, and newness
  • Ensure program strategies are being implemented through each stage of the product development process from art and product creation through store set
  • Work with cross-functional team members to implement strategic priorities through creative exploration, ideation, and financial analysis
  • Maintain a variety of critical business platforms such as product set dates and weekly business reporting
