  • Attend brainstorms and meetings to generate ideas for Communications/Public Relations activations, pitches, blog posts, agenda, and note-taking management
  • Assist as needed at media events - including content capturing, media hosting, and routing event assets
  • Draft media pitches, blog posts, and other materials
  • Assist with media and influencer lists, track coverage, and update PR calendars
  • Assist with project management, including campaign tracking, priority product lists, and note-taking
  • Manage miscellaneous department and administrative needs
  • Shipping, tracking, receiving, and organizing product samples
