Responsibilities

  • Assist the licensing team in researching and responding to licensee questions and/or requests
  • May serve as the liaison for marketing approvals, routing to reviewers, consolidating feedback, and partnering with licensees to implement changes
  • Assist with PR/Social Media requests, aligning to the marketing calendar, movie releases/tentpoles and anniversaries
  • Attend meetings and distribute notes to meeting attendees, handle follow-ups as needed
  • Maintain and update sell-in documents in partnership with licensees
  • Maintain and distribute licensee lists as needed
  • Perform store checks and collect information for business analysis, including trend research and product placement
  • Take the lead on a team project and perform day-to-day needs as assigned
  • Manage product samples and organization of sample storage
  • Solicit and provide monthly selling highlights across assigned categories
  • Stay up to date on marketing, product innovation, and relevant cultural trends - bring fresh ideas to the table
