  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
  • Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area.
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.

Responsibilities

  • Discover, curate, and share #DisneyCastLife stories across various platforms, including our internal communication channels, the Disney Parks Blog, and on social media
  • Help our dynamic team track, plan, and distribute content across multiple channels
  • Identify great Cast stories, and then find creative and relevant ways to share them with the world, including writing and posting for intranet and external sites
  • Comfortable tracking content and using analytics to strategize fresh and creative ideas for future projects
  • Connect with Cast Members in a new way, and use social media to create a digital Cast Member community
  • Assist with the management of global projects with multiple site partners across the business to increase employee morale and overall engagement on different vehicles of communication
  • Take risks and measure new initiatives
  • Learn how to cultivate content creation
