What is the duration of the Disney Cultural Exchange Program?
The Disney Cultural Exchange Program is a three-month experience taking place during the summer.
Where is the program located?
The program is located at Walt Disney World® Resort, near Orlando, Florida.
Who is eligible to apply for the program?
To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years of age, fluent in English, currently enrolled in a full-time degree program at an accredited institution outside the U.S., and have completed at least one semester of post-secondary academic study.
What are the work hours for participants in the program?
Participants must be fully available to work Sunday through Saturday, including days and nights, holidays, and overtime.
Are there any presentation or interview requirements?
Yes, candidates are required to attend a presentation and in-person interview in one of the specified countries: Canada, France, India, Hong Kong, Mexico, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, Spain, or the United Kingdom.
What type of roles will participants be working in?
Participants will work in front-line roles at the Theme Parks and Resort Hotels.
What is the pay rate for the positions in this program?
The hourly pay rate starts at $17.00 USD per hour, depending on the role selected.
