  • Participate in weekly check-ins with general management and company management, discussing logistical needs as the tour launches.
  • Organize the project management system with key dates for the first year of the tour.
  • Collect labor rates for markets on the first year of the tour route.
  • Keep track of technical rider changes and updates as the tour’s technical elements are finalized.
  • Attend the launch of the tour at Proctors Theatre in Schenectady, NY.
  • Support preliminary marketing strategy meetings within Disney and touring partners.
  • Establish a social media calendar and create evergreen assets to be used throughout the duration of the tour.
  • Support preparations for the tour’s Marketing Summit.
  • Create an archival reference system of Frozen and Aladdin tour assets to be used by the Beauty and the Beast tour.
  • Develop a reference list of social media influencers used on previous tours who could be valuable resources for the Beauty and the Beast tour.
  • Collate creative team and cast bios, playbills, and publicity questionnaires.
  • Assist with interviews and photoshoots during the rehearsal and tech period.
