Requirements

Strong administrative and presentation skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and lead multiple priorities while maintaining professional poise
Strong collaborative and integration abilities
Shown ability to work well independently or in a group, and is a self-starter
Project management skills that can craft the overall vision of a project with key partners to deliver results
Thrive on building new relationships and carefully encouraging existing ones
A quick learner who enjoys taking on new challenges big and small
Proficiency in basic computer functions vital to operating in a Mac/MS Office environment
Ability and willingness to learn new software applications
Must be available to work evenings and weekends, when needed
Experience in CSR or community-related roles
Strong analytical and research skills
Familiarity with monday.com or Smartsheet
Seniors or graduate students studying Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Be at least 18 years of age
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
Possess unrestricted work authorization

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of corporate social responsibility strategies
Develop and devise creative visuals, including infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and more
Collaborate with the Public Affairs team to help ensure we tell our Disneyland story in the most innovative and creative ways
Build relationships with partners locally and across the company to amplify our message
Observe and respond to inquiries within the department’s general email inboxes and voicemail phone lines
Collaborate the planning, project management, and execution of external affairs programs and events
Assist with preparation, communication, and facilitation of Disney VoluntEARS projects
Support with coordinating and supporting ongoing Workforce Development activations
General administrative support
Demonstrate passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion including inviting different perspectives, fostering an inclusive work environment, and supporting workforce diversity
