Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university program and is currently a sophomore, junior, or 1st year graduate student
  • Pursuing a related degree. Specifically, Sociology, Psychology, Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development
  • Strong academic achievements and minimum GPA of 3.2 or above preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in teams and individually
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Learning does not only happen in the virtual or actual classroom! Frontier’s Intern Program provides you with an opportunity to experience the Fiber Tech industry up close. By applying your education to a real-life working environment, you create a foundation of experiences that help further classroom concepts.
  • Support DEI programs by assisting with setup, cleanup, and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate on crafting inclusive language for veteran-focused job descriptions.
  • Contribute to Broadband For Good initiatives and EIG partnerships by identifying organizations and planning activation events.
  • Organize and host intern-only events to foster camaraderie and engagement.
  • Assist with data entry and PowerPoint creation for DEI reports and presentations.
