Description
- The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team is growing with the addition of a Summer Intern to help manage and expand team initiatives. The Intern will work closely with the Chief Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Officer (CDEIO) on creating processes that help inspire, develop, and lead diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. You will work across the organization, keeping everyone engaged and enthused.

Responsibilities
- Support existing DEI initiatives and programs
- Development of marketing plan for for updated DEI Calendar
- Participate in events and DEI communities, facilitating dialogue and open conversations
- Drafting of diversity-related communications, presentations and reports requiring research, analysis and evaluation
- Conducting marketplace research on diversity and inclusion trends
- Maintain D&I marketing, both internal and external
- Handling ad hoc project and reporting requests
