Responsibilities

  • Brainstorming programs and communications that support equity & compliance in the workplace, planning and executing training, and analyzing data.
  • Shadow D&I team members in meetings with employee groups and inclusion councils.
  • Coordinate engaging, educational content for the HR community, leaders and employees to inform and encourage action. This activity will include collaborating with employee groups and various HR centers of excellence.
  • Create Diversity & Inclusion content to be shared on internal platforms.
  • Prepare communications, including but not limited to; welcome messages, weekly reports and program roll outs.
  • Support data management for D&I programs, including compiling, collecting and reporting of metrics.
