  • Identify experience improvement opportunities based on ongoing benchmarking analysis, including experimenting and documenting buyer & customer journeys using TikTok and highlight opportunities to optimize processes, product, UI, etc.
  • Work with cross functional partners to identify opportunities for improvement, and support with the implementation of new programs to drive the improvements.
  • Support with auditing language across the platform and drafting FAQs after review with policy and product teams.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
