Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital and e-commerce trends and best practices.
  • Understanding of the retail market and familiarity with luxury.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of e-commerce KPIs and how they relate to sales performance.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercially minded and extremely driven.
  • Preferred Qualification:
  • Knowledge of any German, Italian, Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience of using Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager and/or Salesforce).
  • Experience of using Product Management Systems (Salesforce, Algolia, Akeneo).
  • Experience of using analytical tools e.g. (Google Analytics, Content Square).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the E-commerce Content Manager and E-commerce Content Specialist to provide support for content strategy and execution.
  • Develop proficiency in the two Content Management Systems to facilitate content management and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with the E-commerce Content Specialist to construct and schedule campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Global Marketing Calendar across all websites.
  • Uphold content standards by ensuring high quality, adherence to brand guidelines, and alignment with target audience preferences.
  • Assist the E-commerce Content Specialist in optimising website content to improve sales and conversion rate.
  • Conduct routine audits of website content to rectify errors, inconsistencies, and outdated information.
  • Assist with Digital Marketing translations coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with E-commerce Specialists to provide strategic insights on website content, jointly overseeing all aspects of content operations.
  • Merchandising:
  • Ensure proper categorisation and merchandising of product categories across all 9 EMEA websites.
  • Drive sales through effective management of key SKUs and collections on the e-commerce platform.
  • Ensure all products featured in web/digital marketing campaigns and emails are available and in stock, promptly flagging any issues to the relevant team.
  • Monitor new product launches across nine websites and report any issues to the relevant team.
  • Support the E-commerce Specialists with weekly and monthly reports and any ad hoc requests.
  • Work closely with E-Commerce Specialists to provide strategic insights on visual merchandising, jointly overseeing all aspects of merchandising operations.
  • Site Functionality:
  • Monitor functionality of EMEA sites daily, promptly reporting any issues to the E-commerce Director.
  • Ensure continuous optimization of the website across all customer touchpoints.
  • Assist E-Commerce Specialist with implementation of product recommendations.
  • Contacts:
  • Collaborate closely with various Tiffany & Co. departments, particularly the Marketing and E-Commerce teams in NY, Regional Merchandising teams, and the Distribution Centre. Ensure alignment of E-Commerce activities with established processes, procedures, and regional strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also being a dedicated team player. Foster mutual respect and support from colleagues across the global business.
  • Contribute actively to the overarching mission of the department, striving to enhance its effectiveness and success.
  • Expertise:
  • Monitor competitor activity closely, remaining vigilant to identify opportunities for growth to maintain Tiffany & Co.'s competitive edge.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of E-Commerce, digital, and analytics related activity and stay informed about industry developments and innovations.
