Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the timely activation and presentation of products on Chanel.com using a Product Management System, ensuring the relevant Go Live checks are performed.
  • Co-ordinate the Digital Orchestration for all new campaigns, liaising with the Global team on go live dates for all Chanel.com campaigns, test all new campaigns links, content and new features in UAT environments as well as communicate the master content calendar for landing page content and campaign rotation for the Uk region.
  • Manage the landing page content updates on Chanel.com for the local UK market using the internal CMS platform will be a key part of this role, including briefing the UK design team on local initiatives and requirements for local projects.
  • Oversee the Out of Stock management, co-ordinating with Supply Chain to maintain optimum stock levels online, particularly following the launch of a new campaign.
  • Owner of the translation process validation, liaising with all relevant teams.
  • Support on daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports for e-Commerce trade, writing regular commentary and insights, with actions to continue to optimise the e-Commerce performance.
  • Use Data Insight tools to monitor new features, campaigns and customer journeys online, reporting regularly on findings.
  • Monitor trends using Google Analytics to report on Traffic and Acquisition, searches and key metrics which will help making strategic decisions to enhance the client journey and increase conversions on Chanel.com.
  • Work in close partnership with local Marketing and Global teams to plan product launches and campaigns, communicating the Digital launch plan and content strategy and collaborating with the local CRM team on all Digital campaigns, key product launches, themes and local initiatives throughout the year.
  • Ensure timely launch of content and products on Retailer sites, using internal and external Product Management Systems to manage the product catalogue.
  • Completion of Go live check list for new product launches (stock, pricing, copy, assets).
  • Act as the point of contact for the UK Region (Canada, South Africa, Ireland) for campaign related activity and ensure updates and changes are effectively communicated.
  • Plan and brief e-Boutique campaign banner updates on retailer sites, ensuring alignment with Marketing and Media teams.
  • Brief the UK design team on asset requirements and emails for both the UK & UK Region.
  • Co-ordinate with CHANEL global team to stay connected on digital launches, campaigns and projects.
  • Perform regular checks and support in asset management across retailer sites and related platforms (including social media, email, SEO & PPC).
  • Support on launching new CHANEL e-Boutique on retailer sites.
