Requirements

  • Progress Towards A Bachelors Or Master’s Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Public Health, Health Management, Actuarial Science Or Any Other Major With Significant Quantitative Course Work With A Minimum Overall GPA Of 3.0
  • Work Experience That Demonstrates Strong Technical And Client Service Skills (Analyst Or Client Service Type Of Internship Preferred)
  • Passion For And Ability To Solve Problems And Share Solutions To Exceed The Expectations Of The Client
  • Exceptional Project Management And Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage A Variety Of Projects Within A Specified Timeline
  • Ability To Be A Self-Starter And Work Independently, But Also Cooperatively In A Close Team Environment
  • Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, Particularly In Excel And PowerPoint
  • Accepting Applications From Candidates That Graduate With A Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree Between December 2024 Through June 2026

Responsibilities

  • Love Your Work. You Will Partner With Consultants To Provide Support On Plan Management Projects Through:
  • Performing Renewal Analysis And Negotiation, Financial Analyses, Including Developing Pricing For Alternative Design Features, Creating Employee Contribution Strategies, Modelling Plan Design Alternatives, And Calculating Reserves
  • Analyzing And Comparing Vendor Products, Services, And Contracts
  • Designing, Distributing, And Evaluating Qualitative And Quantitative Responses To Surveys And RFPs
  • Plan Management Activities Requiring Coordination With Our Clients
