Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing environmental, health and safety policies and programs at the site level to assure that workplace conditions comply with all local government and company requirements.
  • Assist in facilitating routine EHS inspections at the site level and incident investigations and makes appropriate recommendations.
  • Assist to evaluate and control EHS risks in areas such as chemical hazards and properties, non-ionizing radiation, etc., and EHS standards interpretation by participating on applicable EHS teams.
  • Assist in monitoring hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal programs including vendor contracts, waste profiles, and audits.
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing and preparing required reports for hazardous waste and other environmental, health and safety issues.
  • Review and update EHS training content and employee training profiles.
  • Assist in development of EHS communications.
