What type of engineering internship opportunity is available?
The opportunity available is for an Electrical Engineering Summer Intern.
What responsibilities will I have as an intern?
As an intern, you will assist engineers in preparing design documentation, prepare AutoCAD and Revit drawings of Electrical systems, assist with design calculations and sizing building electrical systems, conduct field investigations and construction site visits, and attend intern education program lunch-and-learn sessions.
What academic qualifications are required for this internship?
Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering and must be at least in their second year.
Is previous internship experience necessary?
While previous engineering internship or co-op experience is a plus, it is not a strict requirement.
What software knowledge is preferred for this position?
Knowledge in the latest version of MEP AutoCAD and Revit is a plus, along with basic knowledge of design and calculation software and the MS Office Suite.
Will I receive any training during the internship?
Yes, interns will participate in an Intern Education Program that includes lunch-and-learn sessions covering various aspects of the business.
