Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales team members to contribute to the successful execution of various sales projects and ELL initiatives.
  • Provide support to team members by assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Review, organize, and analyze data to extract valuable insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing best practices to enhance effectiveness.
  • Engage with potential new customers to generate fresh sales opportunities for Sales Advisors.
  • Conduct 5-10 exploratory cold calls daily to explore potential leads.
  • Manage inbound sales leads, screening them for potential new business opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining existing customer accounts and support sales advisors in daily office operations.
  • Collaborate with and shadow other team members to develop strategic plans aimed at securing new business, understanding the full sales process, and utilizing internal resources for long-term customer success with digital solutions.
  • Attending local business conferences and meetings with sales advisors in NY/NJ to contribute to acquiring new business opportunities (as required).
